Move Through Menopause

Join pelvic health physical therapist, Dr. Ashe Etherton for an interactive online group class that will empower you with knowledge and movement strategies for thriving through menopause. Each week, we'll cover a new topic and practice targeted exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor and enhance your well-being. All sessions will end with an open Q&A.

Topics to include leakage, sexual intimacy, leakage, bone health, exercise and more!

Weekly sessions will take place on Wednesday (July 2, 9, 16, 23) at 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM CDT.
