
Queer & Trans Summer Stretch Series
Start your week on a restorative note! Join Dr. Ashe, pelvic health physical therapist, for a queer & trans summer stretch series. We’ll meet virtually on Sunday evenings from 6:15-7:00 PM CDT. This is designed to be a safe space for queer folx to connect with their bodies and find gentle movement that feels good. All bodies are welcome, and modifications for each movement will be provided throughout.

Move Through Menopause
Join pelvic health physical therapist, Dr. Ashe Etherton for an interactive online group class that will empower you with knowledge and movement strategies for thriving through menopause.
